Research Assistant

Professor Hillary Sale is looking for a research assistant to work part-time over the summer and during the 2010-2011 academic year. The assistant will do research, edit articles, draft memoranda, and work on a statutory/regulatory supplement. Applicants interested in corporate and securities law should indicate their interest. Interested students should submit a resume, transcript, and cover letter to Rachel Mance in room 541A in person, or via e-mail.
